We ship everything for 2-day arrival. All scones are individually packaged and baked within 24 hours of shipping. Tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment.

All orders must be in by 8 am the day before shipping. We ship Monday - Wednesday according to the following schedule UNLESS you have specified an arrival date.

We do our best to get shipments out quickly. However, there are always foreseen circumstances that could delay shipments - weather, holidays, high-volume of orders, etc... Your patience is appreciated.

Our mini scones weigh about 2.5 oz and measure about 2 - 2.5 inches in diameter. Our large scones are about 5 oz and measure 4-5 inches in diameter. Please keep in mind that this is an artisan, handmade product. Sizing can vary.

Our flavors change frequently.  For nutritional information, click here. There are different documents for scones, cookies, bars, etc. In the scone document, you will find the nutritional information for large scones and then the mini one. If you don't see the flavor you need, justemail usand we will get back to you.

Shipping protection allows you to receive a refund or replacement because of our shipping carrier's mistake. For example, they are delayed and perish in the mail or the box is damaged.

Our samplers are chef's choice and we can't always guarantee the flavors. However, the majority of the time, you will receive 8 standard flavors (Blueberry, Cranberry Orange, Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Cinnamon Roll, Lemon Poppy, Fig and Goat Cheese, Triple Chocolate, Vanilla) and four rotating seasonal flavors.

If your scones arrive damaged or are delayed beyond 3 days in transit, please let us know. We do offer shipping protection that allows you to receive a refund or replacement because of our shipping carrier's mistake. Since our scones are perishable, we don’t do returns and ask that you please take care of your scones. Don’t leave them out in the open to be damaged, swiped or looted. 

If your scones are fine but they are not what you ordered, let us know and we will fix it! 

For ultimate freshness, every scone in your order is individually packaged. They are mailed in our signature red mailer box with love & care instructions. Click here for a picture.

Don’t worry! We bake your scones the same day we ship. Your scones arrive fresh to your home or office. And they’ll taste good for a few days. If you don’t plan on eating them immediately, you can also refrigerate them for up three days or freeze them for up to six months. Love and care instructions are included in each package.

Yes. This is an artisan product which means they are hand-scooped and baked. No machine spitting out dough here. Don’t worry – they all have the same great taste.
