Eating my scones…

How are my scones packaged for delivery?
For ultimate freshness, every scone in your order is individually packaged and labeled to include all ingredients and any applicable allergy information.

How long do my scones stay fresh? Do I have to eat them all the same day?
Don’t worry! We bake your scones the same day we ship. Your scones arrive fresh to your home or office. And they’ll taste good for a few days. If you don’t plan on eating them immediately, you can also refrigerate them for up three days. To extend their freshness for longer than a week, place them in a zip lock freezer bag and freeze them for up to six months. Simply thaw at room temperature or microwave for about 20-30 seconds.  The same applies for the sconies- only microwave them for 10 seconds.

My scones seem to vary slightly in size and appearance. Is this normal?
Yes. This is an artisan product which means they are hand-scooped and baked. No machine spitting out dough here. Don’t worry – they all have the same great taste.

What’s in your scones?
You can find nutritional information for our scones by clicking on our Scone Nutrition Facts. Our flavors do  change frequently.  If you don’t see a particular flavor, just email us and we will get back to you.

Can I enjoy my scones immediately?
Yes. You can heat them slightly in a microwave for 20-30 seconds or in a toaster oven at 350F for 3-5 minutes…or not, whatever makes you happy.

Does anybody really give scones as a gift?
Of course. After all, what do you get for the foodie, the person who has everything, your nephew that can’t cook or the I’m-so-busy-need-an-easy-breakfast person in your life? Feed them scones.

Shipping my scones…

What are my shipping options?
We offer shipping via UPS based on geography. All scones are individually packaged and shipped fresh to you or the recipient within 2 days. Tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment.

We do our best to offer the most affordable shipping rates and will select UPS Ground Service whenever possible. Below is a helpful map that shows projected days in transit from our home to yours using ground service. If your destination is farther than a 2 day ground transit (from Johns Creek, GA), we will automatically select 2-day air shipping for your order to guarantee the freshness of your product.

All orders are shipped during weekdays according to the following schedule:

Orders shipping via Ground or Two-day

  • All orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship out the next day.
  • Orders received any other day of the week will ship out the following Monday.

Orders shipping via Overnight

  • All orders received on Monday through Wednesday will ship out the next day.
  • Orders received any other day of the week will ship out the following Monday.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
For multiple shipping addresses you will need to simply place separate orders online. If you are placing a large order for many recipients (e.g., corporate customer orders, etc.), please contact us directly and we will process your order with more personalized attention to coordinate proper delivery.

What if my scones are damaged upon arrival? Or what do you about returns and refunds?

Just let us know and we will fix it! Since our scones are perishable, we don’t do returns. We will offer a refund or replace packages that arrive damaged. But, please take care of your scones. Don’t leave them out in the open to be damaged, swiped or looted.
